What is Rapid Reach Out? Simply put, Rapid Reach Out is a one-stop-shop service that will take your back-office customer contact information and make it magically appear in your text messaging platform so you can get straight to work with pre-drafted templates and workflow. You’ll get access to how-to videos, step-by-step instructions, and a community of collaborators sharing how best to utilize this platform. You relax, skip the learning curve and all the hours spent on data manipulation and import, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Sounds like a dream, right? Right.

What text messaging platform do you use? We utilize Project Broadcast and have mastered the ins and outs of using this powerful app to enhance your business and simplify your life!

Are you affiliated with Project Broadcast? While we are not in any official capacity affiliated with Project Broadcast, we’re pretty sure you’re going to freaking love it.

Do the text messages come from my personal number? No, you will be prompted to choose a new “Business Number” when enrolling with Project Broadcast. This is a typical 10 digit number and becomes your “work cell” so-to-speak. This only elevates your business, professionalism, and streamlines your workflow. It is also a wonderful tool to have for customers you may have acquired outside your network that may not need your personal information, you know?

What about phone calls? Call forwarding is included with your Project Broadcast service, so phone calls will ring through to your personal cell. Mind. Blown.

Is this a one-time fee or recurring charge? Rapid Reach Out is a one-time-fee. You pay, we deliver, and you’re off and running. (Most texting systems have high monthly charges, limited features, and difficult learning curve. We use Project Broadcast, which is an incredibly affordable system at $15/mo for 500 outgoing texts and unlimited incoming texts, upgraded plan is available.) We’ll show you how to use it!

Couldn’t I just set up my own contacts? Sure! By all means. It is absolutely possible for you to enter in all of your contacts, sort and tag them, and manipulate your back-office reports to import into Project Broadcast in the correct file formats. It’s also possible to mill your own grain, figure out your own recipe, buy all your own ingredients, and cook your own meal - or you can tap a button and have dinner delivered to you and never step foot into the kitchen. It all depends on the value of your time and experience. Let us be the delivery that will pay off exponentially! We can give you many references of people that will tell you it’s sooooo worth it!

One of my customers is not in my contacts - what happened to them? Most likely, this customer’s phone number was not properly in your back office report (missing a digit, or too many digits, for example.) Also, duplicate contacts with the same phone number will not be imported. If you have a husband and wife as customers and they both used the same phone number for their respective accounts, neither will be imported. The system will not know which person to assign the contact and it will be skipped entirely. Best efforts will be made to communicate any errors to you.

Why are my retail customers not in my contacts? Currently Rapid Reach Out imports VIP customers that have enrolled to be your continuing customer and therefor expect follow up. Most retail customer accounts do not even have phone numbers associated with them. It is up to your discretion which retail customers, if any, you’d like to manually import.

My customer’s account says “Elizabeth” but she goes by “Beth.” What do we do about this? Rapid Reach Out will import your contacts exactly as they appear from your back office report. It is highly suggested that when you receive your account loaded with your contacts that you spend some time reviewing and correcting Nicknames that you know. You might also want to change your mom’s contact to “Mom” so you don’t accidentally send her a text saying “Susan, it’s time to re-order!” You’re welcome.

Can I use this service for prospecting? Only current customers and business partners will be imported by Rapid Reach Out. Other contacts are at your discretion to import.

I’m having trouble running my customer report - what do I do? Instructions are detailed here for running your customer report. Please reach out to your up-line if you are unfamiliar with your back office and customer reporting and exporting.

I bought the Contact Manager Initial Set Up - Now what? You will receive a link in your confirmation e-mail with specific next steps.

My import is done and all of my contacts and templates are now in my Project Broadcast account - now what do I do? First of all, celebrate! You’re about to rev up your customer service and interaction in a big way. Secondly, you should get a link in your order confirmation email. Do you offer refunds? Rapid Reach Out does not offer refunds on services already provided.
